Shipping & Returns
This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.
- We now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.
- The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:
- If you have ordered Goods, but not received them, you may cancel your order or we can send a replacement product, at any time after 14 days from the date we dispatch the order.
- If you have ordered Goods, and received them, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them only if the item arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the personalisation or sent the wrong product. You must tell us that you wish to cancel and the reason. If the item arrives damaged or incorrectly personalised by us, we may ask you to send us pictures of the defect or return the item back to us, the return postage will be covered by us only if it meets the above criteria.
- We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
- we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price (personalised products excluded), in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
- you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
- The option to cancel your order is not available:
- if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;
- if they are a hard medium for a product in soft copy, which comes to you sealed and is returned to us unsealed.
- If the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
- In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 7 working days back to your original payment method.

All orders placed via Standard Delivery are despatched as per the lead times below and then delivered via Royal Mail 48hr.
Standard Delivery Method – Royal Mail 24 Hour @ £3.99
All orders placed via Royal Mail 24 are despatched as per the lead times below and then delivered via Royal Mail 24hr.
Express Delivery Method* – Royal Mail Tracked 24 @ £6.99
All orders placed via Express Delivery before 1pm are delivered the next working day via Royal Mail.
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive and is only available on selected products, please contact us before placing your order to see if the item qualifies for express delivery.

Orders over 2kg in weight and (or) £30.00 RRP will be sent to EIRE using the DPD courier service.
This is a tracked service at a cost of £11.00 plus VAT – (2 day service)

Orders of 2kg and under can also be sent to EIRE on a Royal Mail standard service, providing they are also under £29.99 RRP.
This service is a 3-5 working days delivery and is available at the cost of £4.16 plus VAT

All orders placed to be delivered internationally are delivered via Royal Mail International Signed For.
This service is £14 inc VAT for delivery to Europe or Worldwide.
* Please note, some multiple quantity International orders may be subject to an additional charge if over 2kg in weight.
Please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries via the Royal Mail International Signed For service.
All products carry a 1-3 day lead time.
