What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force as our delivery couriers. Shipping costs start at £3.99 for standard shipping and £6.99 for Express Shipping. There is Free Standard Shipping on all orders in UK Mainland with no minimum spend.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not currently ship outside of the UK but we may offer this service in the future, please keep checking for further updates or you can contact us and we will update you on the progress of International delivery.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All products unless stated otherwise carry a 1-3 working day lead time before they are dispatched. Delivery can take 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch, this can vary depending on the shipping service selected on checkout. Typically, standard shipping is 2-5 working days and exepres is 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently accept all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 3 and Laybuy. You can spread the cost of your order with PayPal Pay in 3 or Laybuy, when you select either of these options, you will be informed of the total cost including any interest charged before you accept. Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Absolutely, we use a secure SSL on all parts of our website even when browsing our products. Your information is secure at all times, when browsing online, always check for the padlock in the address bar, when you see this, this tells you that all information is secure and encrypted.
When is payment taken?
Payment is taken at the time of your order, as soon as you complete checkout, we charge your payment at the time you submit your order to us.

How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order with us is very simple. Just search for the product you would like, add any personalisation if required then add the item to your basket. Enter your address and delivery address and select the payment method you would like, then just submit the order and we will do the rest. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, we will then send you further emails updating you on the progress and when it is dispatched along with tracking information.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us on 0203-442-0237 or you can use the contact us page on our website and also via our live chat bot you will see on the right side of our website. You must contact us as soon as possible as when we receive an order it is sent into production, so please contact us as soon as you can so there are no delays.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No, you do not need an account to shop with us although we do recommend that you create an account at the time of your order to save all your information for when you would like to order further products and so you can check on the progress of your order without the need to contact us first.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order by going into your order history page of your online account. You can also use the ‘Order Tracking’ page of our website that can be found at the bottom of our website. You can also use the live chat or contact us for an update.
How Do I Return My Order?
We can only accept returns for items that have arrived damaged, lost in post, wrong item received or if the personalisation has been entered incorrectly by us. We cannot accept returns for personalised items where you have changed your mind. You can email us at email@example.com, call us on 0203-442-0237, via our contact us page or the live chat button. You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to return the item back to us or if you would like a replacement. We will pay for return postage if the above criteria is met.
